Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Devok's services. By signing up you agree to them.
1. Service
Devok provides managed XTLS-based private connectivity for business teams. We do not provide a consumer or end-user VPN.
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized to bind your organization. Service is sold to businesses; personal use is not the intended scope.
3. Acceptable Use
Use is bound by our AUP. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating the AUP without refund.
4. Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly. Prices are per seat, in USD, exclusive of VAT. Cancellation stops further renewals; the current period is not pro-rated.
5. SLA
Business: 99.9% target. Enterprise: per contract. Credits are issued as service time.
6. Liability
Devok's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
8. Governing law
Spain. Disputes resolved by the courts of Madrid.
